How Pasha Funding Works
From contractor onboarding to homeowner financing, getting started takes just a few simple steps.

Turning Estimates into Closed Contracts
Offering financing can remove one of the biggest barriers homeowners face when planning a home improvement project.
When flexible payment options are available, contractors can spend less time discussing budgets and more time helping customers choose the right solution for their home.
Our mission is to make that process as straightforward as possible by connecting contractors with a streamlined platform designed for today's home improvement industry.
We believe offering homeowner financing should be simple to implement, easy for customers to understand, and built to support long-term business growth.
Instead of adding paperwork, confusion, or unnecessary delays, we focus on creating a smoother experience for contractors and homeowners alike.
Every improvement we make is guided by that commitment.

Why Homeowners Choose Home Improvement Financing
For many homeowners, the monthly payment is just as important as the total project cost. Home improvement financing helps qualified borrowers compare financing offers from participating lenders, making it easier to find an option that fits their budget and timeline.
Whether the project is planned or unexpected, financing can help homeowners move forward with greater confidence while avoiding unnecessary delays.
Meet Our Founder & CEO
Pavel Khaykin founded Pasha Funding after seeing a common challenge throughout the home improvement industry. After years of buying, renovating, and managing residential properties, he gained firsthand experience working alongside contractors and homeowners on projects of every size.
During those renovations, he noticed the same pattern again and again. Homeowners were ready to move forward with important improvements, but financing often became the biggest obstacle. Skilled contractors weren't losing projects because of the quality of their work—they were losing them because customers didn't have an easy way to pay for larger investments.
Pasha Funding was created to help solve that problem. The platform makes it easier for qualified homeowners to compare financing offers from participating lenders while giving contractors a simple way to offer financing without adding complexity to their sales process. The goal is straightforward: help homeowners move forward with the projects they need and help contractors close more of the jobs they earn.
